Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team at Antech Diagnostics. As a key member of our diagnostic support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional installation, onboarding, and training support to our customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to optimize their diagnostic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive installation and training support for our diagnostic equipment and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their diagnostic challenges.
  • Work closely with our sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer support and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their continued success with our diagnostic solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest diagnostic technologies and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our customers' diagnostic capabilities and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant technical experience, preferably in a diagnostic or veterinary medicine setting.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic equipment and software solutions, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and technical support staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and diagnostic outcomes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
