Job Summary

DHR Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Architect Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare IT team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, training, and maintaining clinical systems to support our organization's mission.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the application of appropriate information technology to define required functionality and objectives.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective clinical system operations.
  • Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and develop solutions to improve clinical system performance.
  • Modify programming systems, including testing and implementing, to support organization's applications systems.
  • Write documentation to describe program changes, development, logic, coding, and corrections.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all DHR customers, adhering to the DHR C.A.R.E.S program.
Requirements
  • High School/GED required; BA/BS in IT field or Registered Nurse (Bachelors preferred).
  • Healthcare background or experience; computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required; bilingual - English/Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years hospital information systems implementation, analysis, and support experience; Cerner Core experience preferred.
  • Experience building and supporting Cerner Integrated Clinic system.
