Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to oversee warranty management for homes within designated communities. This role is essential in nurturing positive relationships with homeowners and coordinating effectively with our trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners.
- Exercise sound judgment when interacting with homeowners and trade partners.
- Manage daily activities of trade partners according to established schedules and scopes of work.
- Authorize trade partner invoices upon satisfactory job completion, within set limits.
- Proactively address any scheduling or communication issues with trade partners.
- Understand and apply manufacturer guidelines for product usage.
- Conduct pre-closing meetings, demonstrations, celebrations, and follow-up visits.
- Certify the completion of homes within the assigned community.
- Oversee all aspects of customer relations for the designated area.
- Facilitate meetings with trade partners, construction teams, and sales staff as necessary.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the community, including local amenities and regulations.
- Supervise the condition of community features, including maintenance of common areas.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience may be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, particularly in customer service within the homebuilding industry.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Valid auto insurance coverage.
- Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective time management abilities.
