Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a call center environment. Key responsibilities include scheduling, handling customer inquiries, providing updates, making appointments, resolving issues, and maintaining a database. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction and contributing to a Voice of the Customer quality score.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

  • Engage with customers in a professional manner, utilizing all available resources to address their concerns.
  • Strive for excellence in customer contact, ensuring that communication is completed and all correspondence is customer-focused and well-documented.
  • Ensure excellence in service, being aware of customer satisfaction (VOC and cycle time) success metrics and the impact of this role on associated outcomes.
  • Provide customers with production and service information.
  • Schedule customer installations according to established processes.
  • Make post-installation follow-up calls to ensure the installation experience meets customer expectations.
  • Route customer calls to the appropriate department or resource.
  • Stay informed of new processes and policies.

Product Sales:

  • Field customer service inquiries in a professional manner and determine customer requirements and expectations.
  • Develop, qualify, and effectively promote products and services.
  • Illustrate knowledge of features and benefits of various programs.
  • Present pricing, credit, and terms information in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Create a positive customer experience to generate sales and repeat business.

Maintains complete and accurate records:

  • Process customer information accurately and according to process.
  • Use available tools for monitoring and tracking information.

Contact Center Team Partnership:

  • Participate in and support the Contact Center Service and Sales team to enable team members to perform at their best.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Problem resolution skills and strong customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Call or contact center experience is preferred.
