Job Title: Customer Liaison Specialist - 6 Month Contract to Hire
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Liaison Specialist to serve as the vital link between our customers and the service team. This role involves managing purchase orders from customers and coordinating special specifications and timelines with the internal team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between customers and the internal service team.
- Manage purchase orders from customers, handling approximately 80% of the role's tasks.
- Coordinate special specifications and timelines with the internal team.
- Maintain relationships with 20 smaller customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist in facilitating communication and resolving any issues between customers and the service team.
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer relationship experience
- Proficiency in account management and sales administration
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with ERP systems
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
