Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bracco Diagnostics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the flow of visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to colleagues, including filing, copying, faxing, and word processing.
  • Office Management: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is equipped with necessary supplies and presents a professional appearance at all times.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with colleagues and external vendors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of visitor requests, mail, and deliveries.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring a sufficient stock is maintained.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as preparing letters, documents, and presentations, as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of reception desk experience in a corporate setting.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Working Conditions

The Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator will work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent interactions with colleagues, visitors, and external vendors.
