Job Description:


This essential role is primarily focused on overseeing various communication channels and processing information to establish daily workflows for our Operations Teams in support of our clientele.

The individual in this position will also assist with annual tax obligations and may engage in entry-level partnership valuation assessments.

A selection of specific responsibilities includes:

1. Manage group email accounts, ensuring timely and accurate client communication.
2. Develop workflows that facilitate the team in meeting client obligations.
3. Gather federal and state tax documentation from underlying partnerships.
4. Aid in maintaining the master tracking document as tax forms are collected.

Qualifications:

Education:
High School Diploma is required; further education is highly preferred.

Experience:
Demonstrated urgency in meeting deadlines is essential.
Attention to detail and a quick learning ability are crucial for this role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
