Executive Assistant Job Overview: We are partnering with a client who is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, acting as a key liaison between the CEO and various teams and individuals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Oversee and manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including board meetings. Administrative Support: Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team. Special Projects: Handle and/or research special projects as needed. Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and senior management teams. Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve administrative issues, providing effective solutions to emerging challenges. Deadline Tracking: Monitor and follow up on deadlines for senior leadership team. Preparation: Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings and has necessary materials. Travel Arrangements: Manage extensive travel arrangements. Qualifications: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in a large organization. Previous experience working across global time zones. Experience with international companies is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting executives as an EA.
