Job Title: Contract Specialist

At PSG Global Solutions Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team. As a Contract Specialist, you will play a critical role in the execution of the sourcing process, including assisting in project assessment, developing project/sourcing strategy, evaluating supplier capabilities, and negotiating contracts to achieve financial and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal and external customers to execute the sourcing process
  • Assist in project assessment and develop project/sourcing strategy
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities and negotiate contracts
  • Maintain strong working relationships and communications with customers and suppliers
  • Interface with all levels within the company and supplier organizations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of buying, sourcing, or related experience, required
  • 3 years preferred experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong team-building and project management skills preferred
