About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Analyst to join our Commercial Legal team at Databricks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support for our revenue generation activities, including contract renewal, NDA reviews, and general support to legal colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Renewal: Review and process agreements and amendments
  • NDA Reviews: Participate in the review and approval of non-disclosure agreements
  • Contract Negotiation: Provide support to legal colleagues in negotiating contracts, including gathering internal approvals and obtaining signatures
  • Legal Repository Management: Ensure accuracy and up-to-date information in legal repositories and systems
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience working with an in-house legal team or within a legal firm
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience reviewing and understanding legal documents and contracts (MSA, NDA, amendments, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience supporting processes that create efficiency within a legal team in a fast-scaling business
  • Understanding of tools used by in-house commercial legal teams to facilitate the contracting process for revenue, including contract generation and routing (e.g., SFDC, CPQ, and CLM), and signatures (e.g., DocuSign)
What We Offer

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $69,500-$122,900 USD, and the total compensation package may include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
