Senior Contract Manager

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Agreement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex contracts and agreements, providing expert advice on contract negotiation and administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer contracts and agreements, including negotiation, drafting, and review
- Provide expert advice on contract interpretation and analysis
- Develop and maintain contract templates and standard forms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance and risk management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-8 years of experience in contract management and administration
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
