Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Superior Patient Service: Provide compassionate and caring service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Organize Charts and Verify Insurance: Organize patient charts and verify insurance information to ensure accurate billing and payment.
  • Balance Nightly Deposits and Credit Card Processing: Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions to ensure accurate financial records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
