About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales management experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
