Sales Account Manager Job Description

At MRA-THE MANAGEMENT ASSN INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed sales quotas.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and consistently close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, engineering, and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business results.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales reports to upper management and customers.
  • Manage sales clerical assistants and sales representatives, and oversee sales operations.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales/account management in steel castings.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor in Business highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use a telephone and computer efficiently.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
