At Johnson Controls, we're committed to empowering our employees to build their best future. As a Frick Aftermarket Parts Sales Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving annual operating sales plans and objectives through channel accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and maximize revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our aftermarket parts sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to channel partners and customers
  • Manage channel conflicts and ensure seamless communication with channel partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent sales and technical experience
  • Minimum of six years of progressive, direct sales experience, preferably in Refrigeration or the Oil and Gas industry
  • Technical knowledge of Refrigeration or Chemical and Petroleum Processing systems is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50%
