Key Responsibilities
  • Assist program directors and operations manager with end-of-course evaluations, adjunct contracts, faculty onboarding, and legal documents.

  • Collect course syllabi from faculty each semester and maintain database accuracy through SharePoint.
  • Monitor full-time faculty licensure, national certification, health compliance documents, and CPR/PPD records.
  • Attend GR meetings for recording and transcribing purposes, uploading meeting minutes on SharePoint.
  • Assist with recruiting events throughout the year as needed.
  • Process student academic record requests, including education verification forms, licensure verifications forms, official transcript clearance, and Board of nursing clearance.
  • Aid with hiring part-time faculty and manage part-time faculty activity pay and contracts.
  • Serve as Grant Liaison for the PhD Nursing program, compiling and analyzing grant submissions, gathering data, monitoring internal agency updates, and preparing interim reports for submission.
  • Maintain up-to-date lists of DNP/PHD students in Scholarly Projects stage and their committee members, scholarly project deadlines, and faculty and student accomplishments.
  • Manage data collection for Advanced Practice Nursing Programs (MSN&DNP) and PhD Nursing, creating and managing an organized database, gathering detailed data for grants and annual reports, and analyzing data for end-of-year program reviews and accreditation reports.
  • Assist as Event Coordinator for the Advanced Practice Nursing Programs (MSN&DNP) and PhD Nursing, coordinating program-specific events, contacting and negotiating with vendors, ordering supplies, securing attendance, and ensuring program event budgets are met.
  • Work with program leadership to analyze data for end-of-year program reviews, accreditation reports, and grant submissions.
  • Support maintenance of the budget and records with direction from the Nursing Operations Manager.
  • Review and purchase office supplies and laboratory requisitions, overseeing maintenance of supply inventory, and working with vendors to obtain bids on needed equipment.
  • Serve as backup administrator for testing software, maintaining an accurate database in Examsoft, communicating with graduate nursing students and faculty, researching and resolving Examsoft issues, and presenting at graduate student orientation or by appointment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years previous administrative support experience.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
