**Job Summary**

Breezy Point International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the daily preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including food handling and preparation procedures.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving goods as needed.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers, while also ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, and take corrective action as needed to maintain high standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and culinary programs.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations, including HACCP and food allergen protocols.
  • Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
