About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Staff member at Lakeshirts World Headquarters. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our valued team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks to our team members
  • Collect payment and make change at the point of sale
  • Perform general opening and closing kitchen duties, including cleaning and dishwashing
  • Take orders and serve beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Assist with packaging specialty coffee blends
  • Support the Kitchen Supervisor with various tasks and duties as needed
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and breakroom tables throughout the shift
  • Follow safety practices and identify potential safety issues
Requirements
  • Food Service Certificate preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of institutional kitchen equipment is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
  • Ability to work well in a team and take direction
  • Reliability and responsibility are a must
