Position Overview:
As the Program Coordinator for the CORE program, you will be responsible for delivering case management, outreach, referral, and educational services to veterans participating in the CORE program. This includes providing individual, family, and group services under the guidance of the Regional Director and in consultation with the Clinical Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive case management and support services to program participants.
- Conduct outreach and referral activities to connect veterans with necessary resources.
- Facilitate educational workshops and group sessions to enhance participant engagement.

Qualifications:
- Must be qualified as a Mental Health Practitioner.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social or Human Services or equivalent experience is required; a Master’s degree and licensure are preferred.
- A minimum of 2000 hours of supervised experience in providing clinical services for mental health issues, behavioral disorders, or emotional disturbances in children/youth and their families is preferred.
- An associate degree combined with six thousand hours of supervised experience is acceptable.
- Compliance with Statute 148A-Sexual Contact and Bureau of Criminal Affairs clearance is mandatory. If licensed, your licensure must be active and in good standing with the relevant licensing board.
