About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team in North America. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating sales teams to meet and exceed performance targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with various departments at headquarters to ensure alignment in goals, strategies, and operational processes.
  • Spearhead initiatives to drive market development and client acquisition across North America, identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through exceptional service and support.

Requirements

  • Extensive sales experience (2-5 years) with a deep understanding of the material handling industry and a proven track record in market development.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience in team management and the ability to inspire and drive diverse teams towards common goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to effectively engage and influence client decision-makers at all levels.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed and adapt to flexible working hours.
