Job Overview
Senstar is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strong customer relationships.

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and achieving quarterly targets. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Mentoring and guiding sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Senstar offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
