Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash experience.
  • Team Leadership: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to team members to achieve sales goals and highest standards of customer service.
  • Operations Management: Conduct daily preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and cleaning procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Business Development: Engage customers and enroll them in our Unlimited Wash Club, promoting sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 1 year of experience in leadership roles in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in business or related field, previous supervisory experience, and car wash experience.
