Job Summary

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing and public relations efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to build awareness and support for our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase visibility and engagement with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with program and management staff to determine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and content.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing efforts and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and public relations, including media relations.
  • Superior writing, editing, and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong project management, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies in a marketing context.

Working Conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
