Key Responsibilities: Our Specialists deliver remote assistance to select clients operating in both Windows and Apple ecosystems. You will be engaging with cutting-edge Office 365 and Cloud-based technologies (Azure, Endpoint Manager, MFA) across various client setups. Collaborate with a diverse team that brings a wealth of experience and training.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for an individual with 3+ years of Helpdesk experience (experience in a Managed Service Provider is a significant advantage). This role is not fully remote; only applicants within a specified radius need to apply.

The ideal candidate should possess: a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 (Admin portal), Azure, Intune (Endpoint Manager), Microsoft Windows 10, Office applications, and MACs up to Sonoma. You must have a strong foundation in troubleshooting desktop issues related to network connectivity, email, printers, and user account permissions. This position will challenge you to rapidly learn how to support a variety of productivity and business applications utilized by our clients. Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated skills. Currently, our team operates remotely, utilizing Teams and Connectwise for communication and daily tasks, so you should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while still achieving your daily KPIs. Participation in an on-call support rotation will also be required.
