As a Technical Support Specialist II at Compex Legal Services, your primary purpose is to guide customers, both remotely and in person, through systems configuration and troubleshooting.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff, assisting them with system configuration and troubleshooting both remotely and in-person.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and software updates.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback.
  • Certifications in technical support or related areas.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time, in-office position in Torrance, CA.
  • You may be required to work occasional weekends or evenings to meet customer needs.
  • The job may involve occasional lifting of computer equipment and the ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
