Technical Support Specialist II

Compex Legal Services is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist II to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist II, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and providing exceptional support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff, assisting them with system configuration and troubleshooting both remotely and in-person.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and software updates.
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and software applications.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Familiarity with technical support tools and software.
- Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback.
- Certifications in technical support or related areas.
Working Conditions
- This is a full-time, in-office position in Torrance, CA.
- You may be required to work occasional weekends or evenings to meet customer needs.
- The job may involve occasional lifting of computer equipment and the ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
