Position Summary:

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Healthcare Experience Coordinator to enhance our patient-centered approach. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical office operations and a passion for patient interaction. This role demands professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. We seek an energetic individual who is friendly, organized, dependable, and excels in multitasking while prioritizing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure superior experiences for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes positive interactions between patients and medical staff.
  • Manage clinic hours, patient communications, appointment scheduling, and payment processing.
  • Identify areas for improvement in patient services and workflow, proposing actionable solutions.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule appointments for both new and existing patients efficiently.
  • Assist with insurance verification and eligibility checks.
  • Contribute to an outstanding patient experience from arrival to departure.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians to deliver personalized care, ensuring each patient feels valued.
  • Utilize clinical skills to perform vital checks and assist in medical procedures as necessary.
  • Manage inventory of clinical supplies and maintain patient records accurately.
  • Ensure patient rooms are prepared and organized between visits.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including errands and paperwork management.
