Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled Patient Experience Specialist and Medical Office Assistant who will play a crucial role in enhancing our patient-centered services. The ideal candidate will possess a background in medical office operations and demonstrate a commitment to outstanding patient interactions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the establishment of a new clinic environment.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure superior patient and provider experiences.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and medical staff alike.
  • Manage clinic opening and closing procedures, patient communications, scheduling, and payment collections.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to patient services and office workflows.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for both new and existing patients.
  • Assist in verifying insurance eligibility and benefits.
  • Facilitate a seamless patient experience from arrival to departure.
  • Assist with patient intake and necessary medical documentation.
  • Room patients and provide support as needed, including assisting those with mobility challenges.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure personalized patient care.
  • Utilize clinical skills for vital checks and assist in medical procedures.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing clinic communications.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of clinical supplies.
  • Prepare patient rooms between appointments.
  • Ensure a clean and organized office and patient care environment.
  • Manage patient files and handle administrative tasks as required.
  • Conduct errands related to office operations.
  • Oversee the scanning and filing of important documents.
