Key Responsibilities- Assist the Program Director with member enrollment paperwork and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Advocate for the rights and interests of our members, promoting their dignity and well-being.
- Review and ensure that all departments are meeting their scheduled deadlines and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and licensing organizations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.
- Assist with hiring and training new personnel, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service to our members.
- Perform all duties delegated by the Program Director, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist the Program Director in coordinating Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings and activities.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of standards of practice and the Code of Ethics.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Human Services, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare-related field.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
