Email Production Specialist

This position is focused on managing the email production process within a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and oversee the email production workflow for various email campaigns.
  • Craft, dispatch, and analyze the effectiveness of targeted email marketing initiatives.
  • Manage timelines for email marketing projects and the editing of email content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Data departments, to strategize and implement email campaigns.
  • Ensure email communications are constructed accurately, adhering to industry standards and responsive design principles.
  • Conduct campaign setup, including quality assurance, tracking, execution, testing, and delivery.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital technologies and new email tools to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Optimize marketing performance through A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content strategies.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to HTML and CSS email templates.
  • Review email metrics for accuracy, including open rates and conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and email marketing laws.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, including HTML modifications and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule and execute targeted email programs using enterprise marketing automation platforms.
  • Practical experience in a high-volume email marketing setting.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with coding for various email environments.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to align deliverables with overarching business objectives.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • BONUS SKILL: Proficiency in scripting languages such as AMPscript/iTL.
  • BONUS SKILL: Familiarity with email marketing and automation technology tools.
  • BONUS SKILL: Experience with personalization techniques in email marketing.

Salary Range: The estimated annual base salary for this position is $50,000 - $62,000. Actual salary will depend on individual skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for benefits including a 401k savings plan and healthcare options.
