Email Production Specialist

SEMA also plays a crucial role in organizing significant industry events, including the renowned SEMA Show, which showcases the latest innovations and products in the automotive field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and oversee the email production workflow for marketing campaigns.
  • Execute, monitor, and analyze targeted email marketing initiatives.
  • Manage timelines for email marketing projects and oversee the editing of email content.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Marketing and Data, to strategize and implement email campaigns.
  • Ensure email communications are crafted in accordance with industry standards and utilize responsive design techniques.
  • Conduct comprehensive campaign setups, including quality assurance, tracking, execution, and delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovative email tools to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Optimize marketing outcomes through A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content strategies.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to HTML and CSS email templates.
  • Review email performance metrics, including open rates and conversion rates, for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and other email marketing laws.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, including HTML editing and reporting.
  • Proven expertise in scheduling and executing targeted email campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in a high-volume email marketing environment.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with coding for various email clients.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • BONUS SKILLS: Experience with scripting languages like AMPscript/iTL, familiarity with email marketing technology tools, and personalization expertise.

Salary Range: The estimated annual base salary for this position is $50,000 - $62,000, with actual compensation based on individual qualifications and experience. Benefits include a 401k savings plan, healthcare options, and additional rewards.
