Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Fireside Hearth and Home (FHH) is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to lead our operations teams in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all functions of the Regional Operations Teams, including Fireplace & Garage Door Branches.
  • Promote the Easy to Do Business With concept and ensure exceptional customer service, professionalism, safety, and integrity.
  • Perform duties with the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintain a safe, professional, and member-friendly work environment.
  • Communicate essential business information to direct reporting members and process and approve bi-weekly payroll.
  • Collect and analyze ADWIADT data, initiate corrective action when necessary, and support financial objectives by preparing and operating within budget requirements.
  • Achieve Regional financial and strategic goals by managing member labor cost, capacity planning, and overall administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate installation and service schedules to ensure optimized productivity and accurate daily customer invoicing.
  • Review the daily gross profit dollar report (GPD) for invoicing inaccuracies and ensure corrective action is implemented when necessary.
  • Work with Credit Manager to resolve open customer A/R issues caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory invoicing requirements.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to review contract accuracy & compliance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through operational excellence and perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of hearth products, including limitations, installation requirements, FHH policies, and local building codes.
  • Five or more years of operational field management experience in the hearth or construction industry.
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to work on different systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills.
  • P&L ownership experience.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to speak to different types of people.
  • Great organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • The ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • The ability to interact effectively with a variety of people in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hearth industry or construction industry experience.
