Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our Inbound Supply Chain (IBSCE) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to improve inventory placement and inbound supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in program or project management, data analysis, and communication. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive consensus and decisions, and promote operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an evangelist for the adoption of new tools and processes for Inbound Supply Chain Regionalization Program.
  • Influence beyond direct authority and network to drive consensus and decisions with senior Amazon leaders.
  • Be responsible for program expansion, financial reporting, new partnerships, technology enhancement, business Intelligence and new innovations.
  • Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
  • Manipulate/mine data from database tables using SQL.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
