Key Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with clients through consultation and collaboration for sustained success and growth
Accountable for all aspects of client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
Engage with all levels of the organization to discuss issue resolution, growth opportunities, and pharmacy performance in Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Pharmacy Optimization Services (PSOPs)
Lead client contract renewal process in collaboration with key PharMerica stakeholders
Own the client issue escalation and resolution process, working directly with internal partners to achieve timely responses and set proper expectations
Manage client base through CRM software, tracking activities, issues, tasks, contacts, and client communications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Three to five years of previous experience in client management, customer service, or client support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting or business-to-business environment
Excellent communication and time-management skills, with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Outstanding problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and collaboration cross-functionally
