Job Summary

The Client Accounts Administrator is responsible for managing the firm's top-tier billing portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate billing for institutional, high-profile clients and attorneys. This role requires a high level of expertise in billing, with a focus on providing exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex billing portfolios, including domestic and global clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve billing processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in billing and accounting.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in billing or accounting, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization.
  • Expert-level knowledge of billing software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
