As a Complaint Resolution Manager at Franciscan Health, you will oversee the daily operations and implementation of strategic and operational plans for assigned clinics. Your role will involve providing management oversight, supervision, and direction to customer service, sales, and billing and operations staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a busy Express Care and Occupational Health Clinic
  • Providing supervision and direction to staff
  • Completing administrative tasks such as payroll entry, PTO approvals, and tracking attendance points
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinic activity
  • Ensuring a focus on clinical patient service and maintaining a high degree of patient care at the clinic
  • Responding to complaints and ensuring patients and companies have the best experience possible

Requirements include:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing/Patient Care, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
  • ~5 years of experience in ambulatory clinic setting

Travel is required for this position.
