About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
