- Lead and influence enterprise-wide initiatives with cross-functional partners to drive growth and cost reduction.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for best cost, value, and service.
- Work cross-functionally with key business partners to assess and minimize risk.
- 5 years of strategic sourcing and/or operations experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- Contract Management and RFx Strategy & Execution.
- Strong communication skills and systems knowledge (Excel, Ariba, Power BI, etc.).
