Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to incoming calls from clients, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Meet quality assurance metrics and standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements:
