Advanced Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Progressive Care Nurse to join our team at Dignity Health. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to patients who are critically ill and unstable.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients who are critically ill and unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life-threatening disease.
- Provide continued care and perform procedures as detailed in the care plan.
- Assist physicians with procedures such as chest tubes and central lines.
- Administer medications and ensure patient comfort.
- Anticipate, identify, and respond to informational and emotional needs of patients and families.
- Guide and direct healthcare personnel in caring for patients.
- Maintain knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and use.
- Initiate emergency support measures as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- AZ State RN License or Compact State License.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS.
- Current American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
