Location: North Phoenix (Initial 6-8 Weeks On-Site, Then Remote)

Compensation: $18/HR

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexibility Required)

Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in Healthcare
  • Prior Call Center Experience (Handling 50+ calls daily)
  • Exceptional Customer Service Abilities
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the continuity of patient services by reaching out to designated service providers through phone or external management systems.
  • Engage with patients and referral sources to collect essential information and provide updates on referral processing status or outcomes.
  • Employ external staffing management software to upload necessary documents for service providers, ensuring uninterrupted patient care.
  • Initiate processing of new requests via email within the referral management software by the assigned team.
  • Coordinate with the Start of Care team to void authorizations as required.
  • Make over 60 outbound calls each day.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexibility Required)
