Our 80-acre property boasts breathtaking views of a Koi pond, surrounded by vineyards and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff and ensuring that our culinary operations meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service
  • Evaluate products and dishes to ensure consistency with high-quality standards
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems
  • Train and develop hourly and salaried employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage budgets and financial operations to optimize profitability
  • Create menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of culinary or kitchen management experience in an upscale dining atmosphere
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
