Tabard Inn, a renowned Washington DC landmark, is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead its culinary team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef to drive kitchen operations, including menu development, daily operations, and employee training and retention.

The successful applicant will possess exceptional cooking skills and excel at building and maintaining efficient systems. They will work closely with senior chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations, driving growth and excellence in culinary experiences.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus health and dental insurance covering 70% of monthly costs for full-time employees. Please submit your resume for consideration.
