Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our Washington, DC location.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, inventory management, and food safety standards. They will also be responsible for managing a high-performing kitchen staff, collaborating with the management team to create innovative culinary offerings, and maintaining consistency across multiple service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that align with the venue's high-energy atmosphere
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, inventory management, and food safety standards
  • Manage a high-performing kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to create innovative culinary offerings that enhance the overall guest experience
  • Maintain consistency across multiple service periods, upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale kitchen operations, preferably within an entertainment venue or similar fast-paced setting
  • Strong background in menu development, food presentation, and maintaining consistency across multiple service periods
  • Experience in leading, training, and managing kitchen staff, with a focus on fostering a positive and efficient work environment
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, budgeting, and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations

Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
