Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive culinary strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams in menu creation, kitchen operations, and training programs
• Foster relationships with suppliers, farmers, and local vendors to ensure sustainable and high-quality ingredients
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards and company policies
