About the Role

Crestone Wellness, LLC is seeking an exceptional Holistic Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding Crestone Wellness Policy and Procedures
  • Act as a liaison between patients and staff, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving
  • Supervise daily patient operations, prioritizing their needs and well-being
  • Support staff in enforcing rules and guidelines outlined in the Resident Handbook
  • Coordinate resident participation in group sessions, individual therapy, and outside appointments
  • Document services delivered to patients thoroughly and accurately
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, maintaining professional boundaries while promoting a therapeutic rapport
  • Provide transportation support for residents when required
  • Communicate effectively with culturally diverse patients, addressing their unique needs and concerns
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients and ensure the security of the facility
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and functionality of the property and facilities

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The specific salary will be determined based on your qualifications and the requirements of the role.
