  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring seamless integration with project timelines.\
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects, optimize testing processes, and enhance overall product quality.\
  • Liaise with stakeholders to communicate testing progress, results, and recommendations for improvement.\
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities, including defect tracking, testing metrics, and reporting.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform testing methodologies and toolsets.\\- Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners to foster open communication, clarify expectations, and facilitate collaboration.\\- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability, code quality, and adherence to design principles.\\- Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, or documentation to promote testing knowledge sharing and process improvements.\\- Assist in defining, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, policies, and procedures.\\- Support the continuous improvement of testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.\\- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes as needed.\\- Develop and manage budgets for testing resources, tools, and infrastructure.\\- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of testing services.\\- Manage and mentor junior testing staff to develop their skills, provide feedback, and guide career growth.\\- Analyze and report on testing metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions.\\- Identify and address potential risks, recommending mitigations to prevent downtime, data loss, or reputational damage.\\- Stay informed about new technologies, methodologies, and industry developments to recommend strategic investments and innovation opportunities.\\- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve testing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.\\- Contribute to the development of company-wide quality objectives, strategies, and action plans.\\- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.\\- Provide input on business cases for new projects, initiatives, or investments.\\- Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and tailor testing approaches to meet their requirements.\\- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the testing team.\\- Develop and lead testing-related projects, focusing on process improvement, technology adoption, or metric optimization.\\- Represent Judit Inc at conferences, webinars, or industry events, promoting our brand and showcasing expertise.\\- Establish partnerships with universities, research institutions, or industry associations to collaborate on testing-related projects, research, or talent development.\\- Lead or participate in testing-related committees, working groups, or special interest groups to advance the field and contribute to industry standards.\\- Work closely with leadership to define and achieve departmental goals, contributing to the company's overall success.\\- Explore new testing methodologies, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.\\- Develop and maintain documentation for testing processes, procedures, and guidelines.\\- Other duties as assigned by management.\\- Salary: $80 per hour
