In beBee Professionals, we're seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment and systems to ensure smooth facility operations.
Job Overview:- Maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems to prevent downtime and ensure efficient facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and repairs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce costs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems to minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring seamless communication and informed decision-making.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 facility operations.
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on experience, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our operations.
