Medical Emergency Response Specialist

CareOnSite, a division of Tang & Company, is a leading provider of occupational medical services nationwide. We are seeking highly motivated EMT/Paramedics with strong clinical, computer, and multi-tasking skills to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Medical Emergency Response Specialist is responsible for providing basic first aid and life-saving medical care to all persons working within the site. This role includes work in both a clinical setting and a field setting, working independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to emergencies throughout the site efficiently and promptly.
- Administer basic first aid and medical support to patients, adhering to federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations.
- Assess injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures.
- Effectively communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities regarding further action.
- Communicate with clients and site personnel regarding work site incidents and hazards.
- Maintain awareness of the constantly changing worksite environment and site hazards.
- Ensure quality, clinical standards are practiced at all times.
- Document findings and treatments clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with Site Safety Managers and Personnel to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- An active State EMT or Paramedic license.
- An active BLS certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER department or 911 contracted ambulance service).
- 911 experience is required.
