Industrial Sales Professional

Sands Investment Group (SIG), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join its highly-selective Industrial Investment Sales Team in Atlanta, GA.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, overseeing deal pipelines, and interfacing with clients effectively. They will also coach and mentor junior brokers, work on building a unique business plan to gain market share, and serve as the point of contact for main accounts within their investment sales sector.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2.5 years' experience in real estate sales, development, or leasing.
- Current Real Estate Sales Agent License or in the process of obtaining it.
- Ability to work in a team environment and fit the SIG culture of honesty, integrity, gratitude, giving, and growth.
